This is the second dealings with Sam. Rental 2 years ago was dirt cheap (2005). This time round rental increase is really insane. But Sam again he never try to jack up the rental just for his own interest. We've got his good recommendation. He did not press us to conclude the deal after viewing, but rather, we've been seeing many houses and fully understand in the current high demand driven market, such rental is simply hard to come by. Upon expressing interest, he swiftly to get the LOI & TA done and submit to the landlord on the same day just before the other tenant react via another agent ! Dealing with Sam is really put you at ease, no pressure, yet he is ready to act once you are in sync with him at the right price to strike. |

I'm initially put off by his call to DIY from his website, because we expect him to come up with a list of choice properties for us to view instead of we give him the listings. He finally convinced us to take a participated approach if we are seriously looking for property. He frankly admitted he can't visibly keep track on every client request to match their criteria as the mammoth listings are daily updated. Some choice listings may sell at steal price if we just carefully screen those listing. True enough we took his words and managed to spot a shop unit in orchard road just surface days ago. After sms him, he confirmed on the pricing, and brought us for a view and close on the same day. We found our right house from his website just on the finger tip less than a week, without going through newspapers classifieds ads. |
